I was impressed by the wide selection of tiles in the showroom and the great customer service I received from the moment I walked into the building. Mike even helped design the backsplash I was working on. But the true test of any business is how they handle situations that don't go as smoothly as planned. After placing an order (that I placed later than I should have, given usual turnaround times), there were delays on the part of the vendor and the carrier that caused all kinds of chaos with the contractor I already had. Mike worked tirelessly to resolve the issues with the carrier and vendors, going above and beyond on more than one occasion. Needless to say, I ended up with the right stuff. But my contractor and I couldn't make things work long enough to get the job done. So, Mike and Chet, going above and beyond again, rearranged their schedules to accommodate mine and installed my backsplash for me! It is absolutely beautiful! And, because Mike had the vision for the backsplash in the first place, it undoubtedly turned out much better than it could have with the other contractor. If you want an amazing selection, reasonable prices, unmatched professionalism, and quality work, this is where you should be.
